Our Caregivers
Our caregivers are carefully screened and selected. They are special people with a passion for helping others. Only those with home care experience or nursing assistant training are considered. Our criteria for screening caregivers goes beyond state requirements and include a fingerprint FBI criminal history record check, Department of Motor Vehicle check and pre-employment drug screening, so you can have peace of mind when you turn to A Grandmother’s Wish in your time of need.
Individualized Service
Because each client we serve is unique, as is each situation, we will consult with you to design an individualized plan of care and schedule of service, tailored to meet your needs. Our home care service is available from four (4) hours per visit up to twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven days a week.
Continuity of Care
Additionally, we understand how trying it can be to invite persons with whom you are not familiar, into your home, so we strive to provide you with regularly scheduled caregivers you can count on, who will come to know you and provide assistance in accordance with your needs and preferences.

We are locally owned and operated and our administrative staff has over twenty-five (25) years of experience meeting the home care needs of the elderly. A Grandmother’s Wish is a member of the Tennessee Association for Home Care, licensed by the state of Tennessee as a Personal Support Services Agency, bonded and insured. We service the greater Nashville area, including Davidson, Williamson, Wilson, Sumner and Rutherford counties.
